Many artists have experimented the after effects of drugs on the brain, through their work, or through drawings. User “whatafinethroway” has been inspired by the “Nine Drawings” series, which was an experiment conducted by the US Government in the 1950s, where self-portraits were ordered to be created under the influence of LSD.
This person took 200micrograms of LSD, and continuously kept drawing for 9 hours, and said she could notice the difference she felt when she was creating each drawing. The drawings certainly show that the person was sane enough when she created each portrait. The results are quite interesting!
